Admissions

We invite you to visit us. To schedule a visit, please call 302-6906.

The Eleanor Kolitz Academy offers a challenging program because of its dual emphasis on general and Hebrew/Judaic studies. Our admissions policies are thus in place to ensure the success of each child as an individual and of the group as a whole.

New enrollees may apply at any time. Returning students are given enrollment priority. After April 1, assignment of remaining places will be announced to new enrollees. Kindergarten applicants must be five years old by September 1 of the upcoming school year. To apply, return the application packet with all documents completed along with the application fee to the school office. A timely notification of acceptance or denial will follow. EKA reserves the right to deny admission to any applicant or to expel any enrolled student if the admission or continued enrollment would, in the sole judgment of the Head of School, be detrimental to the interests of EKA. Admission and continued enrollment at EKA is subject to all of EKA's policies and conditions, as amended from time to time.

Eleanor Kolitz Academy admits qualified students of any race, color, gender, national or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the School. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, gender, national or ethnic origin in the administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, athletic and other school administered programs.
